With a national footprint across metro and regional markets and a clear focus on digital acceleration, audience growth and commercial impact, ARN is evolving fast — and our people play a critical role in making it happen. ## About the role: * Drive revenue growth across an assigned podcast portfolio by developing premium commercial solutions. * Own commercialisation of the podcast slate, delivering against revenue targets and identifying new opportunities. * Turn client briefs into creative, commercially viable solutions that align with each podcast’s audience, tone and creators. * Partner closely with podcast creators, iHeart Partnerships and commercial teams throughout the commercial process. * Lead and contribute to brainstorms, developing proactive ideas and integrated opportunities across the wider entertainment ecosystem. * Manage creator and brand approvals for podcast integrations, helping ensure campaigns work for both partners and audiences. * Develop compelling sales collateral and market narratives that strengthen show positioning and bring commercial ideas to life. * Champion the podcast portfolio internally, becoming the go-to expert on what works for the shows, their creators and listeners.
