Whether you have experience producing video podcasts, leading YouTube content, or developing and running your own show - we want to hear from you. What matters most is your editorial judgement, creative ambition, and ability to lead a production from idea to finished episode. **Does this sound like you?** Someone who... * Has a genuine passion for podcasts and the podcasting world * Is obsessed with great video content - you watch widely, think critically, and notice what makes people click, keep watching, and share * Can see both the bigger picture of a show’s strategy and the small details that make an episode work * Has strong research and storytelling instincts, with the ability to find fresh angles and ask revealing questions * Understands hooks, narrative structure, pacing, and the techniques that capture and retain attention * Understands how titles, thumbnails, and episode positioning work together - and can deliver on the promise they make * Can brief editors clearly, manage their workflow, and give feedback that raises the quality of the work * Has a working understanding of video production and can confidently assess the quality of an edit * Is highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple episodes and deadlines with minimal day-to-day supervision * Is a clear and proactive communicator, comfortable working with hosts, clients, editors, and the wider team * Takes ownership, solves problems, and keeps production moving * Is curious about performance data and can turn what they learn into practical creative improvements * Has fast, reliable internet and a solid home working setup Video editing, videography, or podcast filming experience is a bonus, but not essential.
